The monthly competition over at I Heart Faces for September is Eyes. This is my entry. Her smile doesn’t need to be shown, her eyes tell you that she is happy.
 .jpg) This photo was submitted to the I Heart Faces photo challenge http://www.iheartfaces.com/   Time flies when you’re having fun, and it’s definitely the case with this family. This is my 3rd year photographing them, and I can’t believe how much the boys have grown. They are happy-go-lucky and its nice that Mom and Dad just go with the flow (sometimes not out of choice!). Luckily, for me the weren’t too adventurous until the end when they decided to dip (submerge) their heads in the water , or we may have had to cut the session short! It was a hot Dallas morning and I made them walk quite a bit, but I am so glad that they were good sports about it all because we got some great background shots. Thank you S. Family for coming back to me year after year! Thankfully we didn’t have any splinter or balloon issues this year!

When you have someone with great hair, smile and shoes (oh those shoes!) this session was already going to be a success. Add in a charming husband and a beautiful baby girl and it was a dream for me to shoot. Baby E played with me, didn’t fuss at all and showed me her sweet little grin with a handful of teeth when asked 🙂 This family was so lovely to be around and I can’t wait to see you again very soon!
The monthly competition over at I Heart Faces for April is boys. This is my entry. Before the session, I had been warned by the Mum that I will have a limited time window before her boys will lose patience. We wrapped up pretty much when the smiles stopped, but not before asking who wanted to jump in the trampoline. They all did. They jumped and laughed while I got my favourite image of the day.
